Adult-industry icon and trailblazer Mia Isabella, despite all the glitz and glamour associated with her name, has always been a country girl at heart and fondly remembers country-music legend Dolly Parton, whose passing at age 80 was announced this week.
“Like Dolly I grew up in Appalachia in East Tennessee in my early childhood. I am the eldest of five from very humble beginnings as Dolly says a ‘Backwoods Barbie,’” Mia said.
“We were lucky to get to go on field trips for school and summer and holiday visits during Christmas, my favorite time. Even though we didn’t have much, just being able to enjoy the magic of Dollywood and our family time at the cabins were truly core memories,” Mia remembered.
“Knowing even though we came from a humble place I could be glamorous and kind and kick ass in business too … all with my makeup, big tits, style and a smile.”
In recent years Mia moved back and briefly lived in Tennessee to care for family and enjoyed returning to Dollywood with her brother as an adult.
“My brother took me for my birthday to experience it as an adult and have the good lemonade and the yummy treats we couldn’t afford and it was amazing and reminded me, I can do anything,” Mia said. “Dolly was a unifying force, she loved everybody.”
