James Bartholet Heads to Nightmare in Vegas 2 for a Two-Day Horror Convention Appearance -

LOS ANGELES — James Bartholet is heading to the Silverton Casino in Las Vegas for a two-day appearance at Nightmare in Vegas 2 on Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12.

The veteran television and movie actor, radio host and producer will meet horror fans, pose for photographs, sign autographs and offer selected merchandise connected to his film career. The convention gives Bartholet another opportunity to reconnect with audiences through the genre work that has become an increasingly important part of his mainstream schedule.

“I am so excited to be a part of this fun horror event in Sin City, after doing movies like The Hitchhiker Massacre, The Murder Motel and the Scissors franchise I thought it was high time I meet and greet the fans who know and love me,” says James. “And I plan on doing a lot more of these types of appearances in the new year so stay tuned!”

Bartholet will be joined by longtime friend Priya Rai, a fellow horror movie actor and adult-industry icon. Both are expected to be available for fan photographs and autographs while selling merchandise that includes their horror films on DVD.

Nightmare in Vegas first arrived in 2025 as Las Vegas’ first outdoor horror convention and classic-car show. The event brings together fans, artists, vendors, entertainers, celebrities and spooky-car enthusiasts for a weekend built around horror and Halloween culture.

Las Vegas locals Amy Acevedo and Darlene Seguin founded the independently owned event from the ground up. As small-business owners and lifelong fans of horror, Halloween and paranormal culture, they created the convention as a welcoming gathering place for the larger horror community.

Bartholet’s entertainment career spans more than four decades across mainstream and adult productions. He hosts the long-running television and radio program Inside the Industry, now in its 20th season, operates its 24/7 Roku channel and has appeared through IHeartRadio, Apple and Google Podcasts after previously hosting on Sirius XM.

Now retired from the adult industry and working full-time in mainstream entertainment, Bartholet has acted in and produced horror projects including Hitchhiker Massacre, The Lady Mummy, Scissors and the recently completed Scissors Chapter 2. He also appears in and produces the documentaries Fans Only and Fans Only 2, hosts Live with James Bartholet on Instagram every Friday at 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT, and presents Inside the Industry every Wednesday.
