Stripchat is replacing the old browse-by-category routine with a search box built to understand what viewers actually want to see. Magic Search is now available to every user, allowing people to describe a live fantasy in more than 50 languages and receive matching rooms moments later.
The scale behind the feature is substantial: more than 150,000 models stream on Stripchat each month. Magic Search has already handled more than two million queries since its beta debut in February 2026, giving the company an early view of how precisely people want to search.
A request can be broad, such as “Gym girl with perfect abs,” or highly specific, such as “Kawaii catgirl playing with a dildo.” Instead of forcing either phrase into the closest prewritten category, the system looks across live rooms for a show that fits the full description.
Stripchat says its computer-vision technology recognizes what is happening during live public shows and makes those visual details searchable. That approach lets a single request combine elements that would never fit neatly within one conventional category.
“Search should feel like magic: you describe the room, and there it is. That is what ours does, and that is why we called it Magic Search.” said Chase Straight, Head of Brand at Stripchat.com.
The release places Magic Search within a longer technology push that has included mobile streaming, VR experiences and computer vision. Stripchat first brought that vision technology into selected category listings in 2020; the new launch moves it directly into the search bar for everyone.
Models stand to gain a different kind of discoverability. A distinctive outfit, room or show concept no longer has to align with an existing category if a viewer can describe it. Stripchat’s premise is that someone arriving through a precise query is more likely to stay and spend than a person casually browsing.
