Mia Isabella Calls on Fans for 2027 XMA Favorite Trans Star Pre-Nominations -

LAS VEGAS — Mia Isabella is asking supporters to cast their ballots in the 2027 XMA Fan Favorite Awards pre-nominations and submit her name for Favorite Trans Star.

“This has been a wonderful year, I was in some of the hottest scenes of my career,” Isabella said. “I am so grateful to still be here with so much fan support, and I ask them to once again show their love by voting for me. Thank you for everything.”

Fan voting is free and runs through Thursday, October 15 at midnight PT, giving supporters a limited window to participate in the pre-nomination process.

The 2027 XMAs are scheduled for January 10 as the finale of X3 Expo, which runs January 8 and 9 and brings fans and industry insiders together with stars, attractions and showcases focused on modern media and pleasure technology.

Isabella entered the adult industry at 19 after being born and raised in Chicago, building a career that included work with major companies and multiple industry awards.

After retiring as a performer, she appeared in the 2013 video game Grand Theft Auto 5 as “Hooker Number One,” described in the supplied release as the first transgender person featured in a video game. She later appeared in the final season of FX’s Sons of Anarchy.

Isabella returned to the adult industry in 2016 and continued directing, producing and starring in scenes for her own website.

Her media appearances have included recurring visits to Sirius XM’s “The Jason Ellis Show,” Neil Strauss’ “The Inner Circle,” “The Judith Regan Show,” “Derek and Romaine,” Shade 45’s morning show with Sway, Univision’s “Luis Jimenez Show” and “Sex With Emily,” along with a live appearance in Sam Tripoli’s “Naughty Show” at The Comedy Store.
