SCHEMERS, the true story of legendary tour promoter and band manager Dave McLean, who as a young man convinced Iron Maiden to tour his small town of Dundee, premieres on DVD and Digital next week March 29.
McLean, who went on to become one of the biggest names in the tour game also collaborated with such legendary acts as Simple Minds, Green Day and Nirvana.
Critics have called it “A cross between Trainspotting and Gregory’s Girl” (Dog and Wolf), “charming” (Cinevue), and a movie “certain to leave you inspired” (GH Movie Freak).
