PERFORMED SOLD-OUT SHOW AT OKLAHOMA CITY’S PAYCOM CENTER, BREAKING MERCH SALES RECORD
NEW SHOW AT LITTLE ROCK’S SIMMONS BANK ARENA CONFIRMED FOR FEBRUARY 24 WITH THE AVETT BROTHERS
 photo credit: Taylor Wallace / ALive CoverageNovember 14, 2022—Honoring their renowned career, Turnpike Troubadours were inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame this past Friday. The band also performed an eleven-song set during the induction ceremony.
Adding to their landmark weekend, the band performed a sold-out arena show at Oklahoma City’s Paycom Center (home of the Oklahoma City Thunder) this past Saturday, their first ever headline arena show. With the performance, the band broke the venue’s merchandise record, selling more than any artist in the arena’s 20-year history. Additionally, the Oklahoma City show wrapped the band’s run of 36-consecutive sold-out headline dates this year at amphitheaters, festivals and theaters nationwide.
Turnpike Troubadours will continue to tour next year including a newly confirmed show at Little Rock’s Simmons Bank Arena on February 24 with The Avett Brothers. Tickets go on-sale this Friday, November 18 at 10:00am CT. Details can be found at www.turnpiketroubadours.
With their signature songwriting and passionate grassroots fanbase, Turnpike Troubadours are one of America’s most beloved and respected independent bands. Since their debut in 2005, the band has released four studio albums and toured relentlessly, playing countless sold-out shows and festivals across the country. The band recently returned to the studio, working on their first new music since 2017’s self-released A Long Way From Your Heart, which reached #3 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart and #20 on the all-genre Billboard 200.
Led by lead singer and songwriter Evan Felker, Turnpike Troubadours is Kyle Nix (fiddle), Ryan Engleman (electric guitar), RC Edwards (bass), Gabe Pearson (drums) and Hank Early (steel, accordion).
