YNDI’S “NUIT” VIDEO DEBUTS VIA FLAUNT MAGAZINE

Today, Yndi unveils a new video for “Nuit” via Flaunt Magazine. Watch/share HERE. “Nuit” is out today alongside a corresponding video game, “Nuit: Yndi’s Sanctuary,” available in the Apple and Android app stores, bringing viewers into her mystical universe through an immersive experience.

The game was created within the Unity video game engine by Camille Petit and Mohamed Megdoul (filmmakers and artistic directors), in collaboration with Ferdinand Dervieux (programmer), and Psycho and Immersion productions.

“Nuit is the darkest track on my album,” Yndi explains, “The music video is not only a love letter to video-games that deeply affected me throughout my life, but also a research on how these games aesthetics reveal our basic emotions like fear, curiosity or empathy”

The Franco-Brazilian artist, composer and producer is releasing her debut album Noir Brésil on May 28 via Nascimento/Grand Musique Management.

Formerly known as Dream Koala, Yndi decided to retire the moniker in 2017 and began writing what ultimately became Noir Brésil, a modern pop album where afro-Brazilian percussion meets French and Portuguese poetry to create an immersive soundscape.

As Dream Koala, Yndi released the EPs Odyssey (2013), Earth. Home. Destroyed. (2014) and Exodus (2015), as well as popular single “We Can’t Be Friends,” gaining her international success and garnering millions of streams across platforms.
