Sarah Harlow Wants Women to Say What They Really Think on “Unbothered”

The Toronto-based host mixes humor, vulnerability and direct conversation in a video podcast built around the lives behind public personas.

Sarah Harlow is creating the kind of room where women do not have to polish every answer before saying it aloud. On Unbothered, her candid video podcast, humor and vulnerability are allowed to share the same conversation.
The series brings together women from the entertainment and creative worlds for frank discussions about confidence, relationships, sexuality, mental health, personal boundaries, femininity, business and growth. The emphasis is less on maintaining a public image and more on revealing the person living behind it.
Harlow approaches those conversations from several sides of the camera. She is a performer, Naked News anchor, OnlyFans creator, podcast host and award-winning photographer, a combination that gives her an instinct for direct questions and an understanding of what it takes for a guest to answer honestly.
Before becoming an on-camera personality, Harlow spent 14 years as a professional photographer specializing in women’s portraiture and boudoir. That background still shapes her work: she understands lighting, posing and production, but she also knows when a carefully arranged image needs to give way to an unscripted moment.

“I wanted Unbothered to sound like the conversations women have when they know they do not have to perform for the room,” Harlow said. “My guests can be funny, vulnerable, messy, ambitious or completely outrageous. That freedom is what makes every episode worth watching.”
That freedom gives the show its identity. Serious subjects do not cancel out the humor, and lighter moments do not prevent a conversation from becoming revealing. Each guest is given enough room to be contradictory, complicated and recognizable rather than reduced to a single public role.
Unbothered is available on its official YouTube channel, with additional availability through OF.TV and Apple Podcasts. New viewers can also begin with the show’s introductory first episode.
For Harlow, the podcast expands a multimedia career already spanning broadcasting, photography and independent content. More importantly, it gives her a format built around listening closely, asking the question others might avoid and letting women answer without having to perform for the room.
