Serenity Cox is returning to MILFY with a scene that marks a new first in her relationship with the brand. The Vixen Media Group exclusive contract star headlines Sultry Serenity Ass Fucked, her first anal scene for MILFY, opposite Parker Ambrose.
The August 12 release places Cox and Ambrose in a workplace where professional boundaries quickly disappear. Even the office furniture becomes part of the action as the setting shifts from corporate routine to something far less conventional.
Cox said returning to MILFY felt especially exciting because the production gave her a chance to try something new for the channel. It was also her first time working with Ambrose, whom she described as delightful and fun throughout the shoot.
The scene is more than a homecoming. Since her previous MILFY appearance, Cox has expanded her presence throughout the Vixen Media Group portfolio, taking on a sequence of projects built around career milestones.

She starred in the 2024 release American MILF before appearing in The Blueprint for her first gangbang. More recently, she worked with Kayden Kross on Equilibrium for Deeper, where Cox filmed her first double-penetration scene.
Cox has also been named the official brand ambassador for Wifey. Those projects have allowed her to move among several VMG labels while building on the MILF persona that first became closely associated with her work for MILFY.
