Bakari Sets “Transsexual Horror Stories” Trailer Premiere With Blake Lovely -

NEW YORK — Director and performer Bakari plans to release an extended trailer for “Transsexual Horror Stories” on September 24 through his X account and social channels connected with producer and performer Blake Lovely.

The Grooby feature is scheduled for October 22. Its four stories draw on dating, temptation, concealed identities and the fear surrounding a killer on the loose.

One segment follows a lonely trans woman looking for love in Los Angeles; another centers on an analyst’s deal with three demons. A creator discovers a fan’s secrets, while an escort waiting for a killer faces a revelation of her own.

“I wanted to tell stories that were based on the real experience of trans women in the world and make it authentic while also being sexy and fun at the same time,” says multi-award nominated Bakari. “Everything in this movie has a little truth to it which I think is what makes it all the scarier.”

The cast includes Amy Nosferatu, Bobbii Rose, Viviana Rose, Esme Rogue, Naomi Whistledown, Brock Swole, Silas Stone, Jake With, Bakari, Papi Malo and Blake Lovely. Lovely also served as a producer.

“Getting to be a part of this Grooby feature is everything to me,” says Blake. “Transsexual Horror Stories was a concept partly inspired by the TV series American Horror Story and based on what we as trans women experience in real life. For example, in the opening scene, “Chasers,” the entire narrative revolves around the nightmarish hellscape that is the modern dating world for young trans women constantly being fetishized.”

“Blake Lovely has been a huge part of this project from the beginning, helping me coordinate with talent and offering her own experience making a film last year,” says Bakari. “We couldn’t have done it without her help.”

“Having had so many personal experiences in my day-to-day life it was an exciting role to bring to life on screen,” says Blake. “Bakari who was the director and brains behind this project, is incredibly talented and brings a unique vision. I think people are really going to enjoy this film, and the October 22nd release can’t come fast enough.”

Lovely entered adult entertainment in early 2024 and made her media debut with Transsensual’s “TS Cheaters 6.” Her credits include GenderX Films, Evil Angel, Grooby, TS Virtual Lovers and TransAngels.

Her 2025 nominations included XMA Best Trans Sex Scene with Autumn Rain, AVN Best Trans Newcomer and two TEA categories. She received four XMA and four AVN nominations in 2026 and won a TEA Best DVD award for “Once Upon a TS Summer.”
