Bea York Returns as Silver Sponsor of Grooby x FHM Queer Prom -

LOS ANGELES — Award-winning performer Bea York is returning to support Grooby x FHM’s Queer Prom as a Silver Sponsor, helping bring the invite-only industry and community celebration back to Hollywood’s Bardot on September 25, 2026.

The second edition of Queer Prom gives guests another chance to experience a familiar milestone in a setting built around authenticity and community. York, who attended the inaugural event, sees the evening as more than a party: it is an opportunity for people to revisit prom while showing up fully as themselves.

“I think this is a wonderful event hosted by Kristel [Penn] and Foxxy,” says Bea York. “I had a great time at the first event, and this is such a lovely opportunity for many of us to relive this milestone as our most authentic selves surrounded by our community.”

Event producer Kristel Penn says York’s participation reflects the way the performer consistently uses her visibility to support others. “I really admire the ways Bea uses her platform to highlight and uplift others, but especially those who may not otherwise get the same visibility on their own, myself included,” Penn says.

Penn adds, “Her outspoken and unwavering support of our community and events is a reflection is only a small part of what makes her the wonderful human she is.” York is a Seattle-based independent creator recognized for wholesome charm, roleplay videos and polished self-produced work.

Grooby and sister company Flaming Hearts Media, co-founded by performer Foxxy and Grooby’s Kristel Penn, are co-hosting the event. Ticket and sponsorship proceeds go directly toward staging the celebration, with attendance handled through Queer Prom’s RSVP page.
