Blake Lovely Stars in Grooby Horror-Thriller “Chasers” and Helps Shape the Story -

NEW YORK — Performer, producer and musician Blake Lovely takes a leading role in “Chasers,” a segment of Grooby’s four-story release Transexual Horror Stories directed by Bakari. The production mixes adult entertainment with a horror-thriller premise.

The story follows a lonely transgender woman in Los Angeles who is looking for love and uncovers uncomfortable truths about the men pursuing her. Lovely also helped produce the segment, giving her a role in shaping its perspective.

For Lovely, the project drew on her own experiences and on the pressures transgender women may face in dating. She said the horror framework offered room to explore how attraction can become fetishization.

“Starring in a scene I helped produce is perhaps one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had in my career so far! Getting to pull inspiration from personal life to craft this story centered around how trans women are often fetishized by the very men they date is something that very much occurs outside of porn,” says Blake.

Lovely continued: “Sometimes those experiences can be a bit scary! With the horror theme of the newly released DVD Transsexual Horror Stories for Grooby directed by Bakari, being able to bring my own perspective to an already familiar story made it even more of a surreal experience. However, I wasn’t going to let this story end the way you might expect! After all, who needs to worry about picking the right guy when you can enjoy them BOTH at the same time, right?”

Lovely entered the adult industry in early 2024 and debuted with Transsensual in TS Cheaters 6. Other credits cited in the announcement include GenderX Films, Evil Angel, Grooby, TS Virtual Lovers and TransAngels.

Her 2025 nominations included an XMA Best Trans Sex Scene nomination with Autumn Rain for Evil Angel, plus AVN Best Trans Newcomer, TEA Best New Face and TEA Best Hardcore Performer mentions.

According to the release, 2026 brought Lovely four XMA and four AVN nominations, multiple TEA nominations and a Best DVD win for her debut Once Upon a TS Summer. She also performed two original songs from her band Animal Son during the Urban X Awards this summer.
