Cheerleader Kait Opens Up About Sex, Success and Survival on Plug Talk -

LOS ANGELES — Cheerleader Kait is returning to the Plug Talk universe for a candid conversation with Adam22 that moves between career momentum, personal loss and the realities of letting fans see life beyond the finished scene.

The episode, “Cheerleader Kait on Her First DP, Her House Burning Down, Forgetting S*x Partners & More,” retraces Kait’s rapid move from a faceless online creator into a recognizable studio performer with increasingly visible opportunities.

Kait remembers approaching professional work with caution before her plans accelerated. “I might tiptoe into mainstream, like just kind of figure out what I like, what it’s all about, and then I just kind of ran,” she says.

That forward momentum now includes sharing more of the process with her audience rather than presenting only polished successes. “My story is like a reality TV show because I’m telling them about the good days, the bad days, the successful days… everything,” she says.

The conversation becomes more personal when Kait discusses losing her Florida home and treasured family belongings in a fire shortly before relocating to Los Angeles. The experience turned an already demanding transition into an especially difficult month.

“One thing that I’ve learned is how loved I am by friends, colleagues, fans, family, like everybody,” Kait says. “It’s been really hard… but there’s been so much good that’s come out of this too.”

Born in Tennessee and raised in a small town before moving to Florida at 18, Kait first developed an online following and began her mainstream career in 2023. Her studio credits include Brazzers, Vixen, Blacked, Elegant Angel, Tushy, Bang!, Reality Kings, Team Skeet and Jules Jordan Video.
