Tommy Gunn’s Memoir Wins Independent Press Award

Multi-award-winning icon Tommy Gunn, a proud inductee of the AVN, XRCO, and Urban X Halls of Fame, has added a new accolade to his illustrious career: award-winning author. Gunn’s 2025 memoir, Tommy Gunn: Unloaded, co-authored with Jim Steele, and published by Tepris Press, has been named a “Distinguished Favorite” in the 2026 Independent Press Award competition.

The Independent Press Award recognizes excellence in independent publishing from around the world. Being named a “Distinguished Favorite” places Gunn’s memoir among a select group of books that demonstrate exceptional quality and content, a remarkable achievement for a title that offers a raw, un-cut, and personal account of life inside the adult entertainment industry and beyond.
