Vanniall Leads The New Yorker’s OnlyFans Creator Portfolio

Vanniall appears as the leading image in The New Yorker’s “Bodies of Work: Up close with OnlyFans Creators”, a new photo portfolio spotlighting creators reshaping the adult industry, digital labor and public conversations around sex work.
The feature, photographed by Katy Grannan with text by Jennifer Wilson, opens with Vanniall in a powerful topless portrait while the interviewer traces  her path from her teenage years in South Carolina,  discovering the word “trans” on Tumblr to becoming a Massachusetts-based creator whose camera work helped transform how she saw herself in her trans identity. Vanniall tells the magazine, “my fans love me for every way that I am.”
“To be seen this way by The New Yorker feels deeply meaningful because the piece treats creators as artists, workers and people with full interior lives,” said Vanniall. “My work has always been about more than just the image on screen. It’sabout authorship, survival, desire, self-recognition and building a life where I get to decide how I am seen.”
The New Yorker portfolio places Vanniall among a select group of OnlyFans creators whose work reflects the scale, complexity and influence of modern creator-led adult entertainment, from subscriber platforms and custom content to the broader shift in how audiences understand sex work, performance and online intimacy.
