Matt Slayer’s long-running, unfiltered interview show earns the 2026 ASN Awards honor.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — And Now We Drink creator Matt Slayer announced that the show has won Best Entertainment Podcast at the 2026 ASN Awards.

Built around what the show calls “the conversation at the end of the bar,” the podcast brings Slayer together with writers, comedians, performers, artists, musicians and actors for candid discussions about sex, relationships and life.

“I’m honored that ASN and my drinking buddies came together to honor me with this prestigious award,” Slayer said. He also thanked the guests who have joined him over the years, joking that without them viewers would simply be watching a middle-aged man drink alone on camera.

The recognition arrives after more than 460 episodes and a run of nominations from AVN and the Urban X Awards, reflecting the expanding place podcasts hold within adult-industry media.

The show is available through Bleav, AndNowWeDrink.com, Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube.

The podcast grew out of Slayer’s work as a private investigator and the hours he spent listening to shows while sitting in his car. He decided that knowing interesting people and enjoying conversation made launching his own program a natural next step.

No subject is treated as off-limits. Slayer and his guests use the show’s relaxed format to share personal stories and perspectives that can be funny, uncomfortable, revealing or all three at once.
