EMMREPORT GOES BEYOND THE INTERVIEW WITH NEW ‘FEATURE’ SECTION

Jojo Austin becomes the first subject in an editorial expansion that turns original video conversations into deeper profiles of the people behind the camera-ready personas.

EMMReport has spent decades putting cameras in front of entertainment personalities. Its newest section is built around what happens when the camera is no longer the whole story.

Launching August 10, “Feature” expands selected EMMReport interviews into fuller editorial profiles, using the original conversations as a foundation while drawing out the personal histories, contradictions and unexpected details that can disappear inside a conventional question-and-answer format. The idea is simple: audiences can watch the interview, then read a story that gets closer to the person who gave it.

The first subject is Jojo Austin, a Texas creator and adult performer whose interview offered exactly the kind of contrast the new section is designed to explore. Austin discusses her progression from modeling and OnlyFans into adult entertainment, the confidence she discovered during that transition and the boundaries she carries into both her personal and professional life.

At the center of the profile is the split between Austin’s quieter off-camera personality and the confident alter ego that arrives when the lens turns on. It is not presented as a contradiction so much as a switch—one she recognizes, controls and understands. That difference gives the written Feature room to examine what an interview clip can show, what it can only suggest and what becomes clearer when the conversation is shaped into a narrative.

“We’ve always wanted to present a more extensive look at the people we interview, and this is the perfect way to do it,” EMMReport’s Sherman Wayez said. “We chose Jojo for the first Feature because she’s creating quite a buzz right now.”

The section also gives EMMReport a way to connect its video and editorial work without forcing either format to imitate the other. Whenever possible, Feature stories will link back to the corresponding interview, allowing viewers to hear the subject’s delivery and see the chemistry of the conversation while readers get a more structured look at the ideas, turning points and personality underneath it.

Austin is a fitting first choice because her story already contains the tension that makes a profile worth reading: private reserve versus public confidence, personal boundaries versus professional performance, and a growing career that appears to be moving faster than the personality behind it might have expected.

Feature arrives as another step in EMMReport’s continuing expansion across written editorial, video, social media and creator platforms. The format may be new, but the purpose is familiar—getting past the promotional surface long enough to find the person audiences actually want to know.
