Penthouse Names Lulu Romanova September 2026 Pet of the Month

LOS ANGELES — Penthouse has selected former flight attendant turned model and influencer Lulu Romanova as its September 2026 Pet of the Month.

Originally from Sacramento, Romanova arrives in the Penthouse spotlight with a résumé that has moved through several very different worlds. Before modeling, her work included time as a preschool teacher, ski instructor and professional flight attendant.

Her long-term dream points in another direction entirely. Romanova says that if she could choose any career, she would become a wildlife rehabilitator, reflecting the deep connection to animals that continues to shape her daily life and ambitions.

Penthouse Photo Editor Sam Phillips was immediately struck by the new Pet’s presence. “The owner of the most insane waist to hip ratio I’ve ever seen is our Penthouse Pet of the Month for September, the lovely Lulu Romanova,” Phillips said.

Phillips described Romanova as funny, kind, ambitious and determined, while noting that confidence is the quality she finds sexiest. Humor earns her attention, while poor manners and a missing sense of humor are immediate turnoffs.

Romanova’s ideal date involves trying an activity she has never experienced before. That adventurous outlook also shapes her travel interests: she names Reykjavik as an ideal vacation destination, Lake Tahoe as a dream place to live and skiing as one of her favorite sports.

Away from modeling, Romanova enjoys the gym, Pilates, personal training, cooking, dancing with friends, traveling and spending time with her pets. “I want my pets to have the best life possible,” she said of the motivation behind her work.
